Katharine Burt is the Clinical Key Account Manager at Essity Canada. Her role involves working with internal & external clinicians to develop effective and sustainable Continence Care Programs predominantly in the Long Term Care sector, as well as building services and education with a focus on the support industry, which offers partnership across sectors. She holds a Post Registration Diploma in Nursing, a BScN and a MSc in Integrated Health and Social Care.

Katharine completed her Registered Nurse training in the UK in 1989 and went on to work in Acute Medicine and ER. After moving to Canada, Kathy went on to complete  RN exams in Ontario and subsequently carries registrations in both the UK and Ontario, Canada. Kathy has spent several years working as a Continence Advisor and has a passion for improving the lives of individuals living with incontinence and sharing knowledge with clinicians challenged with meeting the needs of sufferers. Kathy also has experience in Long-Term Care, where she has held positions of RN, ADOC and DOC.
